Inconel Ball Valves has many different grades, such as Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H and Incoloy 825. Different grades have different corrosion resistance, being able to meet various industrial applications. The demand for Inconel ball valves has increased in recent years and we have adapted our policy to meet this increase in demand and to make it easier for our customers.
Inconel is a “super alloy” material that is sometimes used for exhaust valves because of its superior high-temperature strength. Inconel the nickel content in the alloy is much higher than that of stainless steel, the corrosion resistance of alkali sulfide is better that of stainless steel, and the corrosion resistance of high temperature is better.
It has ASME B16.34 design, bolted cover type. As for its end connections: Flange RF, RTJ, Butt Weld are all standard units.

Different Inconel alloys have widely varying compositions, but all are predominantly nickel, with chromium as the second element, good resistance to stress corrosion in high concentration chloride solution.

Inconel Globe Valves are made up of the Inconel family of alloys. There are different types of compositions in different Inconel grades and they are used differently to cater to different application types. The Inconel ASTM A494 CY40 globe valves are used in exhaust systems as they can withstand high temperatures. The applications such as acid production, chemical processing, food processing, petrochemicals, chemicals, and the oil and gas industry.
Inconel: More than twenty different grades are hiding behind this name. These materials are highly resistant to corrosion and creep and their ductility allows for use at very low temperatures. They are used in many sectors (chemical, pulp, and paper, nuclear and cryogenic).
Their implementation is sometimes more difficult than for stainless steel due to their high ductility.
Incoloy: These alloys exhibit very good corrosion resistance, high creep resistance, and excellent resistance to high temperature. They are primarily used in the chemical and petrochemical industries
